“Narayani” means : all the positive qualities

I teach Yoga to everyone, beginners and advanced students who wish to continue and deepen their practice.

My philosophy is that yoga must be accessible to everyone because this ancestral practical system of consciousness awakening is a source of immense benefits for health, finding balance and happiness in life.

I started Yoga in 2008 and it proved to be a passion. My desire to become a teacher emerged clearly and pushed me to follow different trainings:

Titaua ELLIA
Titaua ELLIA, professeur de Yoga

I followed my first teacher training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with Titaua Ellia, professor of Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Prenatal Yoga. The Ashtanga Vinyasa is one of the most wonderful style of yoga to discover the art of breathing, to bring strength, flexibility and align the body.

Then I went to the Sivananda Organization Yoga school that teaches traditional Indian Yoga and the complete science of Yoga: Hatha Yoga, Karma Yoga, Jnani Yoga and Bakthi Yoga. I followed the teacher training course in the Ashram of Orleans in France in March-April 2011 and the advanced teacher training course in Vrindavan in India in October-November the same year.

I discovered Yoga Flow throughout my career and started to train with Shiva Rea in June 2012. Worldwide known californian Yoga teacher, she created a dynamic yoga called Prana Flow. Fascinated by her style that invites the sacred movement of dance, body language and the elements in the practice of yoga, I am currently training for my next qualification with her. My Yoga Flow classes are inspired by the teaching received until today and fed by continuous practice and readings.

I am passionate about yoga through all its schools and all its forms because it is a practical full awakening of consciousness accessible to all, which leads to a harmonious life.

I created, with the support of my partner Yann, who is a pasionnate gardener growing organic fruits and vegetables, and passionate about conveying beautiful energies to the plants, a garden dedicated to the practice of yoga, which opened in October 2013 , in Cogolin , near Saint- Tropez. Surrounded by nature in the heart of the organic garden, the garden and its greenhouse welcome yoga students to immerse themselves in it and discover the vegetarian diet and respectful of the environment. Classes and workshops are held all year long.

Narayani is my “yogi name” or “spiritual name”. I was honored to receive my spiritual name during my teacher training course at the Sivananda ashram in France in Orléans, in April 2011, by the Yogi Masters. Narayani is, in the sacred Hindu scriptures, the name of Laskhmi, the wife of the god Vishnu, the deity that characterizes the gift, compassion, abundance and all the positive qualities.
